We collect the personal data you provide when placing an order or contacting us: name, shipping address, email, phone number and payment details. Payment data is processed directly by Shopify Payments and is not stored on our systems.

- Complying with our legal and tax obligations.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the sales contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), the data subject's consent for marketing communications (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Your data will be retained for the duration of the business relationship and, once it ends, for the periods required by tax and commercial regulations.
