Return period
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with the right of withdrawal set out in Spanish consumer legislation.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging.
- Returns of customised products or products with obvious signs of use are not accepted.
How to return
- Email us at hello.goodfela@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you the instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
- Once the product has been received and checked, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 days to the same payment method used.
Return cost
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order, in which case we will cover the costs.
